RezEasy uses the Internet, so there is no need to install or maintain complicated computer software. Install in one of two ways:
Direct Purchase: You pay a one-time fee, and we install the software on your website. Nothing more to pay - no commission, no monthly payments! Support and upgrades are free for 12 months (Free security upgrades for the product's life).
SaaS (Software as a Service): We cover the installation and hosting; you pay a fixed monthly fee based on your requirements (there is no commission per reservation). RezEasy users always have access to the system's latest features. Updates are free and seamless; support is free for as long as the contract runs.
With RezEasy's integrated Online Reservation System, inventory updates in real-time when reservations enter the database. The system includes interfaces for computers, tablets, & smartphones, and the correct user interface is displayed using auto-detect.
The Agent/Corporate Client Modul allows agents or corporate clients to make, change and cancel reservations online. Each agent/corporate client has a room allocation, room rate and (optionally) a discount. You can turn, on or off, the ability for individual agents/corporate clients to log in and book online.
Allow guests to log in, check their reservations, and make new reservations (via the integrated Online Reservation System). In-House guests can also view their folio to know what they have already paid and how much is outstanding.
All you need to access RezEasy is a device with an Internet connection. Your Property Management System is accessible to satellite offices and remotely located personnel. Using system profiles, you determine who has access to RezEasy and where. You can also manage multiple properties from one Internet-connected device.
RezEasy's Channel Manager module automatically updates your inventory and rates in the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Last Minute Booking Sites, where you list your rooms. Reservations taken on these sites enter the database, reducing inventory and avoiding double booking, which removes the need to make manual updates.
